  • Time: Please vacate your room/apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.

  • Key: Please leave the key on the table.

  • Windows & Doors: Please ensure all windows and the apartment door are closed when you leave.

  • Important Note (Car & Barrier): If you arrived by car, please remove your car from the parking space first, before leaving the key and the parking remote control in the apartment. This ensures you can pass through the gate without any issues.

Quiet Hours: Please observe room volume from 10:00 PM onwards.

Waste Separation: Plastic (yellow bag), paper, and general waste. The large bins are located at the back right of the parking lot.

Smoking: Only allowed on the balcony.

Terms of Use for Wi-Fi Internet (Goldspatz Apartment)

1. Provision and Access The use of the Wi-Fi is free of charge and limited to the duration of the stay on the premises of the Goldspatz Apartment. Access is granted by entering a code or scanning the QR code. The Goldspatz Apartment assumes no guarantee for the actual availability of the internet access. The code must not be passed on to third parties. The code expires after a certain period of time; in this case, a new code can be requested (information on this is available at the reception). By issuing the code, the Goldspatz Apartment assumes no obligations whatsoever. Use is subject to technical capabilities; in particular, the user has no right to use the guest LAN in any specific manner or for any specific duration.

2. Responsibility and Obligations of the Guest The guest is solely responsible for the use of the Wi-Fi. This includes responsibility for transmitted data, paid services utilized, and legal transactions concluded. If the guest visits paid websites or enters into financial obligations, the resulting costs must be borne by them.

The guest is obliged to comply with applicable laws when using the Wi-Fi. In particular, they will:

  • not use the Wi-Fi to access or distribute offensive or illegal content;

  • not unlawfully reproduce, distribute, or make accessible copyrighted goods (in particular, music and/or film downloads as well as file-sharing websites are strictly prohibited);

  • observe applicable youth protection regulations;

  • not send or distribute harassing, defamatory, or threatening content;

  • not use the Wi-Fi to send mass messages (spam) and/or other forms of unauthorized advertising;

  • not visit file-sharing websites; in particular, music and/or movie downloads are strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Liability of the Provider Any liability of the Goldspatz Apartment, in particular for warranties and damages (with the exception of intent and personal injury), is hereby excluded.

  • No liability is assumed for the content of accessed websites or downloaded files.

  • Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any virus infection caused by the use of the internet access. The guest expressly acknowledges that the Wi-Fi solely provides access to the internet and does not include any virus protection or firewall.

  • Liability for data loss is expressly excluded.

4. Indemnification against Third-Party Claims & Blocking The guest indemnifies the owner against all damages and third-party claims based on unlawful use of the Wi-Fi by the guest and/or a breach of this agreement; this also extends to costs and expenses associated with such claims or their defense. If the guest recognizes or must recognize that such a legal violation and/or breach exists or is imminent, they shall immediately notify the owner of this circumstance.

In the event of a violation of these terms of use or upon suspicion of a violation, the use of the Wi-Fi may be blocked at any time without giving reasons.

5. Consent By using the Wi-Fi internet access, I automatically agree to these terms of use.
