• Time: Please vacate your room/apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest.

• Key: Please leave the key on the table.

• Windows & Doors: Please ensure all windows and the apartment door are closed when you leave.

• Important Note (Car & Barrier): If you arrived by car, please drive your car out of the parking lot first before returning the key card. This ensures you can pass through the gate barrier without any issues.

Supermarkets: • REWE: Hafenplatz 1-3. Mon.–Sat. 7 AM – 10 PM (approx. 3–4 min walk). • Netto Marken-Discount: Taunusstr. 65. Mon.–Sat. 7 AM – 9 PM (approx. 3–4 min walk).

Pharmacy: • Pharmacy in „Hafenzentrum“: Hafenplatz 1-3. Tel: 069 98195656. Mon.–Fri. 9 AM – 7 PM (approx. 3–4 min walk).

• Etappe Roasters (Hafenallee 47): Your place-to-be for excellent specialty coffee and a relaxed breakfast.
• Sleepy Bird after Dark (Hafeninsel 60): A cozy café during the day, and a bar with a great atmosphere at night.
• Hafen 2 (Nordring 129): A cultural hotspot right by the harbor. Perfect for drinks and events in a cool setting.

Food & Drinks:

• • Heimathafen (Hafenplatz 4): Modern, international crossover cuisine (burgers, steaks, seafood, also vegetarian/vegan options). Seafood, auch vegetarisch/vegan).
• Osteria (Hafendeck 6-8): The right address when you’re craving authentic Italian cuisine.
  
• Rimini Pizza (Hafenallee 39): Their Neapolitan pizza is considered one of the best in the region – extremely authentic with a fluffy, crispy crust.

Quiet Hours: Please observe room volume from 10:00 PM onwards.

Waste Separation: Plastic (yellow bag), paper, and general waste. The large bins are located at the back right of the parking lot.

Smoking: Only allowed on the balcony.
